1. Contact lenses will be shipped within 5-7 working days, depending on the user’s prescription.
2. Contact lenses are eligible for exchange within 3 months of delivery, but only in the event of a power change. To qualify:
* The box and containers must be unopened and undamaged.
* The original tax invoice must be provided.
3. A credit note for the full amount will be issued if no suitable replacement is available after the exchange.
4. Credit notes have no expiry date and can be used anytime.
5. All returns and store credits are processed only after a detailed quality inspection of the returned items.
